Our Team - Mandy Howe Biography

Mandy is a specialized legal assistant with Risen, Inch, and Fraser. She has been with the firm since 2003, after she graduated from a three year Legal Administration Program at Durham College. While at Durham College, Mandy studied in various different aspects of law, including criminal. Mandy also completed her field placement with a criminal law firm.

Mandy has participated in mock trials, allowing her to have first hand knowledge and experience into how the Canadian legal system works. Using this experience, Mandy is able to listen to individuals who call the law firm seeking help, and her experience allows her to deal with these individuals in a manner which will help them better understand the charges while at the same time reducing their stress and reaffirming their belief that they have called the right person.

Mandy can empathize with what an individual is going through when they are charged with a crime, and that is why she handles every matter in a way which guarantees the case is being dealt with by the best possible lawyer.
