Our Team - Margaret Dagloria Biography

Margaret is a specialized legal assistant with Risen, Inch, and Fraser, with 29 years of experience in legal administration. She has been with the firm since January of 2007. Margaret obtained her degree in Montreal, Quebec. While living in Montreal, she gained an abundance of knowledge and experience working with a firm that specialized in family law and civil litigation followed by a firm specializing in corporate and commercial law together with wills and estates. In 1992, she and her family moved to Ontario at which time she entered the field of criminal law and has remained in this field ever since.

Over the years, Margaret has also become quite adept with the Legal Aid tariff and billing procedures which has helped in furthering her knowledge of criminal law.

With the vast experience she has accumulated over the years, and particularly the emotional anguish associated with family law, Margaret is capable of dealing with the stress factors that accompany a criminal charge and help alleviate some of the tension. As a parent herself, she is able to empathize with other parents who have never dealt with a criminal law firm before and ensure them that their children are being provided with the best possible legal representation.
