Our Areas of Practice Include:

• Impaired Driving
  Including charges such as Impaired Driving, Over 80 and Refuse or Fail To Provide Sample.
• Other driving offences
  This would include charges such as Criminal Negligence (by vehicle), and Dangerous Driving.
• Domestic Assault
  Includes charges relating to spousal and family violence. Domestic Assault can involve common-law relationships, married and other personal relationships.
• Sexual Assault
  Includes charges such as Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Invitation to Sexual Touching.
• Theft & Fraud
  Includes charges such as Break and Enter, Theft Under/Over 5,000.00, Fraud Under/Over $5,000.00, Take Auto Without Consent, and various other Property Offences.
• Drug Offences
  This would include all charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, such as Simple Possession, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Trafficking and Production of a Controlled Substance.
• Breach of Bail, Breach of Probation
  These charges generally involve violating one of the terms of a release (Recognizance or Undertaking) or a Probation Order imposed as part of a sentence.
